Do I have to pay up front to use the App?
No. The app is free to download and use as a daily scheduling tool. You will only need to pay when you choose to book an activity through us. There are multiple options for purchasing activities via the CityMoms App.
Can I use the CityMoms App if I have more than one child?
Yes we have family accounts. You will need to setup a family account, provide each child’s name and then you can purchase a plan or book a la carte for each child. Most of our plans need to be purchased individually for each child, except our City Share Plan. See the City Share Plan to learn more about sharing credits between your children.
How do I check in at the locations?
Each business is automatically notified when you book a reservation and receives a daily roster with your information. We ask that you present your phone and allow the business to use the check in feature in your App on the reservations tab. If a caregiver is taking your child to the activity, they can download the App and log in with your account credentials or simply provide your name and your child’s name at check in mentioning the booking via the CityMoms App.
How many times can I go to each business location?
Unless stated otherwise in the activity, you can attend activities at each business location up to 3 times per month. You can track where you have been in the Reservations tab.
Does the membership auto-renew?
Yes. Every 28 days until you cancel.
Are all activities 1 credit?
Many activities are 1 credit. There are a limited number of activities that are 2 or more credits.
What if I don’t like automatically recurring subscriptions?
You have 2 choices. You can book individual activities anytime directly from the App without a membership plan or credits. Or you can purchase a monthly membership plan to save on the activities you enjoy each month.
What does it mean to be added to the membership rewards program?
At CityMoms, we’re building the only membership rewards program just for moms. You’ll earn activity credits for referring friends and businesses. Enjoy special members only perks, complimentary tickets to events, and other fun surprises to come.
How do I earn credit for referring friends?
For each friend you refer who purchases a monthly membership, you will receive a $10 one time credit toward your monthly membership in the month following the referral. Please note that you must have an active renewing membership for the credits to be automatically applied to. If you cancel your membership before the credit applies to your next month's payment, the referral credit will be lost.
What you need to know about our monthly memberships
Our monthly membership plans provide you a set number of activity credits every 4 weeks. The plans are automatically recurring unless you cancel prior to the date of your next renewal. Your monthly activity credits need to be used within the billing cycle that you receive them and do not rollover from month to month. All cancellation requests should be emailed to email@example.com with your account name for reference.
